Meet Mayra Oliveira

Mayra Oliveira is a Brazilian wellness coach devoted to helping women transform their health, mindset, and lifestyle through movement, nutrition, and self-awareness.
Her journey in the world of fitness began early at just five years old, when she fell in love with ballet and jazz. That early connection to movement sparked a lifelong passion, leading her to pursue a degree in Physical Education in Brazil, where she deepened her understanding of the human body and physical performance.
At 21, she became a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, determined to guide others towards their health and wellbeing goals. Along the way, she also faced her own challenges with food and body image. Rather than letting these struggles define her, she used them as fuel for transformation, diving into the study of nutrition and holistic wellbeing to build healthy, sustainable habits for herself and her clients.
Today, as Mayra Wellness Coach and founder of the DIVA Self-Care Wellness Club, she brings together fitness, nutrition, and mindset to empower women to build a life they truly love, balanced, fulfilling, and rooted in strength and confidence.
